How much does it cost?
The exact amount will depend upon the complexity of the task we are given at the briefing stage. Once we've had an initial no-obligation conversation with you about your requirements we will quote you accordingly. As a rule of thumb, think 2% of the purchase price + GST* or an agreed fixed fee. A fixed fee of $15,000 + GST is typical for investment properties.
*GST is applicable to NZ residents. If you are a non-resident commissioning us from another country then our services may be zero-rated.
