How much does it cost?
The exact amount depends upon the complexity of the task we are given at the briefing stage. Once we've had an initial no-obligation conversation with you about your requirements, we will quote you accordingly. As a rule of thumb, think 2% of the purchase price + GST or an agreed fixed fee. A fixed fee of $18,000 to $20,000 + GST is typical for investment properties.
